What is the Denney Whitford NAC?
"NAC" is an acronym for "Neighborhood Association Committee." The Denney Whitford NAC (DWNAC) is a group of neighbors organized within the boundaries of Allen Blvd. on the north, Hall Blvd. on the south, Hwy. 217 on the west and Scholls Ferry Rd. on the east. for the purpose of discussing and resolving a broad range of issues affecting neighborhood and community livability, and for social and other purposes as the association may determine
Why Join the Denney Whitford NAC?
The DWNAC is recognized by City Hall as the official voice of our neighborhood. The NAC exists to provide us ith a forum to be involved in decision making about issues such as new housing developments, roadway improvements, traffic concerns, parks and open spaces, community planning, community-oriented policing, infills and developments.
